As some may remember, I decided to get the H-D Fatboy w/ EFI.

It's a beast... absolutely beautfiful and a blast to ride.
I've still got stock pipes and am of course looking for my first mod to be new pipes.

I almost pulled the trigger on some Vance & Hines Big Shot Longs, but then heard the Long Shots and liked the sound better...
Now I've started looking even more and confused myself w/ the variety of choices.

Just curious what everyone/anyone who has a HD is running and how they like it.

The Fatboy I had was carb. but I had street sweepers on it. My father has short shots on his heritage and they sound great. I think it just comes down to looks. Of course, the shorter they are the louder they are.

Here is what my two older bikes look like.

NICE!
Those street sweepers are sharp. I don't care about loudness per se, but I do want the noticeable low rumble, and the noise helps you be seen on the road to a degree, but ridiculous loudness isn't what I'm after. Looks help too

Sweepers are seriously loud because they have no guts in them, so you get pure motor noise. It isn't loud while you ride it but for those who ride around you it will kill them All my friends hated them and made me ride in the back. hahaha
