Fireworks in the Snyder area

Dobick beat me to it... But, here's the shots I took. Hope everyone enjoyed their 4th as much as I did!

Stupid power lines...

Power lines again, but, I liked how this one played in the camera

Not the best, but, some neat lighting affects

I was really pissed about this one. It would've been a nice picture, but, I was so close to the fireworks, and they were all at different heights that I never knew if I was going to the the entire shoot in frame or not. The colors are nice, but, I really wish it had gone higher.

The opposite of the one above. Would've been a nice shot, but, it went higher than I expected.

Got better at finding a good spot to shoot at

This was probably my favorite. It kinda looked like a palm tree with lights, with some fireworks going off to the right of it.

I had the shutter set a little long, but, I really liked the way the fireworks bounced around

Lots of colors

More colors

My 2nd favorite. It nearly looks like a neon flower

Needs to be cropped, but, I'm too tired to do it right now.

This one looked like a neon sea urchin

Again, needs to be cropped, but, I'm still tired

This one would've been great with the red white and blue colors, but, again, they weren't all the same height, and I missed it.

Needs to be cropped

Again, damned power lines

Eggs & Bacon. A day's work for a chicken, a lifetime commitment for a pig.

A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have.

Those are some pretty cool shots!

I like what you caught on most of them, and I think you are dead on with your favorite!
