Random update because I am bored. I've bulked up a bit. I'm currently at 175 lbs and can lift 240 for my 1 rep bench max. Although, I do feel like there is more body fat on me now. Time to lose weight :P

Trying To Gain Weight

Im looking for inspiration Does anyone have any recommendations for weight training resources? I"ve got a lot of experience weight lifting, and cannot afford a trainer right now.

My goal is to gain muscle mass and lose fat isnt that everyones?

Increasing exercise may cause you to gain muscle weight, which is healthy.
