Good work sF, how have you modified your diet? Have you loaded up on high fiber foods? I'd recommend things like tuna fish and Kashi cereals. Oatmeal is good too. Make sure to limit sugary food though and ideally cut out things like sodas.

Re: And so it begins...

That is probably what has helped the most. I eat a boatload of Tuna now, and have done away with all soda's except Sprite Zero and Coke Zero (well, still the occasional Diet Coke) None of those have any sugar or calories.

My biggest hurdle is breads. I am a carb freak. I miss my potatoes and breads.

Don't know what you mean by a boatload, but I've read that if you are consuming more than 1 can of tuna per day your chances for mercury poison are a lot higher.

Re: And so it begins...

I bet I eat two, sometimes three packages a day (I buy the packages instead of the cans because it is already drained).

They replace entire meals for me.

Re: And so it begins...

I too have been eating more tuna than normal while trying to lose some extra weight this past month.

As I type this I am eating tuna mixxed with spicy mustard. A lot less fat than tuna with mayo. I eat it with nothing on it sometimes but really can't deal with how dry it tastes. Hurray for tuna

And congrats on the 18 lbs lost since the end of December. Thats impressive.
