Biking

Biking is really kicking my ass. I did that 166mile MS bike ride and have been riding about 20 miles after work 3x a week (20mph avg speed)

My legs feel like they are gonna fall off...today i destroyed myself when i caught some guy and we started trading off leading and drafting....i lasted about 15 minutes and i was dead, we were doing like 22mph INTO the wind...fucking nuts

Re: Biking

with pain comes injury. Take it easy. Push yourself a little and then back off. Make sure you're not trying to scale the mountain too quickly. No sense in risking a severe injury

Re: Biking

You should give yourself at least a day off for each day you work out in a row.
