i pre-ordered mine on amazon to beat the rush at the book stores.. its supposed to be at my house saturday morning.. and i have the weekend off from work.. so i get to hopefully put a big dent into it..

anyone know how many pages its supposed to be?

Wish me luck i just reading #5 today...I don't think I'll be able to get my hands on #6...imagine how long the library waiting list would be , and I wouldn't even bother trying to get a copy of harry potter this late they are probably all reserved out

damn vernon and petunia they are such bitches to harry i hope one day harry turns them into animals or something those bitches

I know my B&N didn't sell out. We were all done ringing people up by 1:00am. Had over 1000 people for the midnight showing...plus walkins. Our store predicted sales of 50,000 books per hour for the first 24 hours. Serious bookage there.

i'm not surprised one finishes the book so quick...there aren't as many words per page on #5 as more modern books...several biographies I've read of Richard Nixon and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart contained a lot more words per page than Harry Potter (in 2 days i've already covered 179 pages of Harry Potter V! )
