Yeah, I know that sounds funny.....but I want an Atari 2600 game console. I have an original 1977 "Heavy Sixer" but don't have the power cord, and have been unable to find one.

If anyone has an old Atari stashed in a closet or attic somewhere (and you want to get rid of it) PM me so we can work out a deal.

Thanks,
sF

Yes....I have a few auctions I am watching.

I was just wanting to see if anyone had one in their closet or attic they would part with

Afraid I don't Chad..sry :/ You know a great place to look? Yard sales, antique shops, and flea markets. Great places for stuff like that, stuff where the newer generations have discarded, but the older still revere.

Yeah....problem with that is Lubbock is a very "retro-happy" place. All that stuff around here is scarfed up by the buttloads. There are a few places around here that carry used video games and systems, but they never have any Atari stuff.

I really only need a power adapter, and an RF converter for mine to work.

Well I'll tell you what. Forget your ebay thingers, and I will scour the earth up here in NY for you. All sorts of things like that are always lying around for next to nothing, I'm sure I can find one for you. I need time to look tho, can you wait like 3 or 4 weeks?

Sure thing. You gotta know where to look, relics like that are always lying around. Garage sales, etc. BTW I'm sending your card out tomorrow, had to make it, takes time you know. Plus I've just been lazy enjoying my break
